We understand that plans can change. Below is our cancellation and refund policy:

1. Customer-Initiated Cancellations

For Tours & Travel Packages

  • More than 14 days before the trip:
    Full refund minus a 15% processing fee.
  • 7–14 days before the trip:
    50% refund of the total package cost.
  • Less than 7 days before the trip:
    No refund will be provided.

For Parties & Event Tickets

  • Tickets once purchased are non-refundable, unless the event is cancelled by us.
  • Name changes/transfer may be allowed if mentioned on the event page (subject to availability & approval).

2. Aliferous Trips Cancellations

In the rare event that we cancel a tour or party due to unforeseen circumstances (weather, operational issues, safety concerns):

  • You may choose between a 100% full refund or
  • Free rescheduling/credit for a future date or event.

3. Refund Process

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
  • Bank or payment gateway processing time may vary and is beyond our control.

4. Non-Refundable Items

The following cannot be refunded under any circumstances:

  • Flight tickets
  • Travel insurance
  • Event passes, party add-ons, or services specifically marked as “Non-Refundable”
  • Convenience fees or payment gateway charges
