We understand that plans can change. Below is our cancellation and refund policy:
1. Customer-Initiated Cancellations
For Tours & Travel Packages
- More than 14 days before the trip:
Full refund minus a 15% processing fee.
- 7–14 days before the trip:
50% refund of the total package cost.
- Less than 7 days before the trip:
No refund will be provided.
For Parties & Event Tickets
- Tickets once purchased are non-refundable, unless the event is cancelled by us.
- Name changes/transfer may be allowed if mentioned on the event page (subject to availability & approval).
2. Aliferous Trips Cancellations
In the rare event that we cancel a tour or party due to unforeseen circumstances (weather, operational issues, safety concerns):
- You may choose between a 100% full refund or
- Free rescheduling/credit for a future date or event.
3. Refund Process
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- Bank or payment gateway processing time may vary and is beyond our control.
4. Non-Refundable Items
The following cannot be refunded under any circumstances:
- Flight tickets
- Travel insurance
- Event passes, party add-ons, or services specifically marked as “Non-Refundable”
- Convenience fees or payment gateway charges
