Trip Captain
Description
Lead and manage group tours for Aliferous Trips, ensuring smooth operations and exceptional guest experiences.
Responsibilities
-
- Lead and manage trips as per the planned itinerary
- Coordinate with drivers, hotels, and local vendors during the trip
- Ensure the safety, comfort, and satisfaction of all group members
- Communicate effectively with guests and handle issues or emergencies
- Assist in documentation, attendance, and feedback collection
- Provide real-time updates and reports to the Aliferous Trips team
Qualifications

- Prior experience in travel, hospitality, or event management (preferred but not mandatory)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lead and manage groups with confidence and patience
- Good knowledge of popular travel destinations and itineraries
- Problem-solving attitude and ability to handle unexpected situations calmly
- Physically fit and comfortable with outdoor travel and activities
- Fluent in Hindi and English (regional language is a plus)
- Basic knowledge of first aid is a bonus
- Willingness to travel frequently, including weekends and holidays
- Responsible, punctual, and customer-oriented
